We’ve also purchased a mini strip mall right next to our corporate office. This includes a public laundromat that’s been out of operation since 2019—but we’re ready to bring it back to life. Get this family, we call the new laundromat, wait for it- “A Clean and Fresh Start” Laundry - boom!

Our goal? To transform this once-blighted area into a thriving, consumer-friendly corridor that seamlessly blends residential and commercial spaces. But this is more than just a facelift—we’re addressing the real needs of current residents and creating pathways for growth and self-sufficiency.
